About D&C Days

Development and Climate Days (D&C Days) is an event that aims to highlight the linkages between development and climate change. First held in Delhi, India (in 2002 at COP 8) the conference has taken place every year since, in parallel to the Conference of Parties (COP) of the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).

Location and date: The event will be held at the Conrad Hotel, Nusa Dua, in Bali, Indonesia on December 8-9, 2007. It is held in parallel to COP 13.

D&C Days are looking for short films (no longer than 20 - 25 minutes) that cover issues related to climate and development.

Guidelines for filmmakers

D&C Days are unfortunately not offering sponsorships for travel for the selected filmmakers. If you are attending the COP, then they would greatly appreciate if you could be present one of the days to present your film and discuss it with the audience. If you are not attending the COP, if you can, delegate someone in your place that can attend the showing and speak on your behalf.
