David Griggs

I am a working documentary filmmaker with interests in Observational Documentary and Community Participatory Video. In 2003 my graduating film was shown at Munich and won an award for the best film on a marginaslised people at Black International Cinema. <p>

I have produced and directed two further videos in Lesotho and have shot material for Television Trust for The Environment. I am working with a UK director on a series for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. <p>

I have been working as a researcher in Online Media Course Development at Napier University in Edinburgh, filming, editing and streaming guest speaker sessions. Over 2003/4 I have developed a documentary project in DRC and at present am developing a number of projects both in Scotland and Africa.<p>
